A ‘work share’ (arbeidsandel) for people on lower incomes: a way to join in 2021

Vil du jobbe litt mer og betale litt mindre. Få de samme mengder av grønnsaker, urter og potet og lære om økologisk landbruk?
(Would you like to work more and pay a little less for a vegetable-share at our farm? You will get the same amount of vegetables and learn a little about organic agriculture.)

Andel til nesten halv pris – men med litt mer arbeidsinnsats?

Vi forsetter i 2021 med prosjektet hvor 10 andelseiere har en “arbeidsandel”. Her betaler du mindre, men jobber mer. Du er likestilt en vanlig andel ift rettigheter osv, men forplikter deg til minimum 20 timer arbeid utover de 6 obligatoriske dugnadstimene (26 totalt). Gartner vil organisere arbeidet. En arbeidsandel koster kun 1500 kr og du må sende en søknad med utfyllende tekst om hvorfor akkurat du bør ha en slik andel, og bekrefeltese at du kan jobber i vår og har en lav inntekt. Dyrkningserfaring, eller et sterkt ønske (kansje finasiell), de som skal vare på Ås hele sommeren og vilje til å lære dette prioriteres. Søknaden sendes på e-post til andelslandbruk@dysterjordet.no

We are continuing with our project for a different type of vegetable-share this year whereby 10 people get a ‘work share’. These shareholders will pay less and work more than the other adult shareholders but have the same rights and access to vegetables, herbs, potatoes, courses, social events etc. The ‘work shareholder’ will work total 26 hours, and pay 1500kr for their share. The farmer, Håkon Mella, will organise all the work. If you would like to apply please write an application letter telling us about why you should get this share and confirm with us you will be available to work in spring on some weekdays, and that you actually do have a low income. Growing or orgnaic agricultural experience, a strong wish to have this share (may be financial), those that will be in Ås over the whole sommer, a willingness to learn will all be prioritised.
